Nestled between Table Mountain and the Sugar Loaf on the outskirts of the village of Llanbedr, your produce is grown in a Victorian walled garden set in rolling countryside, nourished by the Welsh rain and fresh air. We work to two key principles here: Quality and Sustainability. Your produce will always be the highest quality and this begins with the seeds we sow. Through the years of research and trial we have selected varieties which have the very best flavour and texture whilst also being resilient enough to thrive in our climate. After germinating they are nurtured under optimum conditions in our glasshouse, grown using only top-quality peat free compost. Healthy young plants thrive in our nutrient rich soil, helping them resist pest attack and withstand adverse weather conditions. Watered only with fresh Brecon Beacons spring water, our plants are pampered until they are perfectly ready. Produce is harvested at the optimum time to give the best taste and texture and will always arrive to your door at its freshest, being harvested the same day, often only a couple of hours before it arrives at your door.
